Refund policy

All returns must be authorized by MIMì à LA MER SRL before sending merchandise back.
Simply contact us to request a return authorization within 14 days of the order’s delivery date.

The merchandise must not be altered or washed. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition and accompanied by its original tags. Merchandise returned damaged may be rejected and sent back to the customer at the discretion of MIMì à LA MER SRL.
To request your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Original shipping fees are not refundable.
Returns should be shipped with a service that provides a tracking number and insurance, as we are not responsible for delayed or lost packages.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
The items must be returned accompanied by the return form that you can download here.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, the balance will be refunded to your credit card or original method of payment within certain amount of days of the reception of the item at the MIMì à LA MER SRL warehouse.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
We are very sorry but it is not possible to return an item shipped outside European Union.

EXCHANGES
Purchased items are exchangeable into a different size or item. All exchanges are based on stock availability.

 

If items are classified as faulty, were received damaged or have manufacturing fault that occurred within 14 days after purchase, please contact us immediately.


RETURNING YOUR PURCHASE

  1. Describe the reason for your return in a e-mail to info@mimialamer.com and request a Return Authorization.
  2. Place the item(s) in the original shipping box.
  3. Print out the return form you can download here.
  4. Fill out the returns form and include it in the box.
  5. Close the box and tape it securely.
  6. Label the box: MIMì à LA MER SRL, VIA PLINIO 43, 20129 MILANO
