Worldwide/ Extra EEc 30€ tax and duties excluded 5-10 business days 

KINDLY NOTE THAT SHIPMENT TO RURAL ADDRESS CAN RESULT IN LONGER DELIVERY TIMES.

The shipments are arranged by DHL or GLS. For every order you will receive an email confirming the departure of the order, the courier and its tracking number and the customer can track the shipment on the website of the courier or simply by DHL site.

The email will also contain all the references of DHL or GLS.
The customer will receive an electronic support by mail or by telephone.

We are unable to deliver to post office boxes. Undelivered packages will be returned to our warehouse.

TAXES AND DUTIES
All orders are sent from Italy on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, meaning your order may be subject to local taxes and/or import duties, which are levied by your local customs authority. Product prices are displayed including Italian VAT where it is applicable and exclusive of all other taxes and duties.  We are unable to calculate the exact amount of duties and taxes your order will incur, as these charges are imposed directly by the destination country.

Since these fees are not computed nor applied to orders by Mimì à la Mer, please contact your local customs office to find out more information if you are unsure of the charges.

If due to the simultaneous purchase by multiple users the product is not available, it will be sent an email to cancel the order and it will be returned the amount paid for the purchase.
